"Anthropomorphic" can, of course, also mean anthropomorphic machines! There is an Army publication called "PS Magazine" that used to be sent out for free to each unit; now it is available only online. But they used anthro machinery to guide soldiers through maintenance issues to care for their equipment, all in comic-book format. It was sorta (in)famous, frequently laughed at as kinda corny, but the lessons did tend to stick. This is my "mirror universe" version of that.
