Another moment from the 1960 Jack Kinney-produced cartoon Popeye and the Magic Hat (see the original at https://youtu.be/830KsuVDAO8?t=995 or some thoughts about it at https://wp.me/p37lb5-3FU if you like). At one point Brutus shows off his magic powers by changing Popeye's clothes into those of a toddler, a caveman, a ballerina, a matron ... clown was really inevitable. Fun npart about this is he looks like he's the host of a circa 1960 TV show that's showing these Popeye the Sailor cartoons. Anyway those collar ruffs are a lot of fun to draw, but hard.
