Rosie the Barbary Dove, because I have a pet Barbary (Trudy) and I cannot get over how much attitude she packs into so little mass. Sometimes she reminds me of the ultraconfident young women in the city, hence Rosie's creation.

Rosie is a big, beautiful woman with big emotions-- most notably, she's perhaps one of the most confident and affectionate of her little found family in Chicago. Born and raised in the city but with heritage in the Sahel, she lives to bring her ancestry and her city together in her pursuits as a designer for curvy, citygoing ladies. Second only to her passion for fashion is her absolute devotion to Chicago's athletics teams, especially her beloved Bears-- Rosie is a proud season ticket holder at Soldier Field, and will even put off finishing a design to attend a home game.
