This is how she looks without the mask, hood and cape.

But beneath her serious and stoic demeanor, she's not quite as cold as she appears. In truth, she has a heart of pure kindness, though she often conceals this around those she doesn't trust.

In addition, she rarely smiles, but she is capable of it. The only times she ever smiles are when she feels at ease.

Plus, she has a beautiful singing voice. She did used to sing a lot when she was growing up, but eventually stopped doing so, choosing to keep it to herself.
