A Portrait commission done for 
Drawing black skinned characters is tricky for me, especially edgy characters, because I tend to stage edgy characters in a dark environment and I have a deep shading style and so I need to come up with a strong enough lighting to show the contours of their features but not so much that you don't know that the skin is black. But hey, I like the challenge. What do you guys think? Do you get that the skin color is greyish black or did you thought the skin was blue? Oh wow, I'm getting the blue-black dress PTSD just asking that, hahaha. ^^ #whitegoldFTW
