Why is everyone jizzing over an electronic clip gun? D: It needs six D batteries! Six!

I don't think they've figured out yet that more darts does not equal more fun. The Maverick takes like, what, five seconds to reload with the darts in hand?

The Vulcan? Pfft, closer to two minutes. I dunno about the drum magazine from the Raider. Clips in a motorized gun seems like a bad idea just because of the rate of fire; if you're taking advantage of it, you'll be constantly swapping in clips.

Plus, good luck modding the electric ones. People do it, but as soon as I got the Vulcan open all desire to continue just draaaaaaained out of me.

The Raider takes FOR-EVER to reload. Hell, I'm trying to mod my Nitefinders to shoot Supasplat paintballs instead.

Work absolute best if the device went behind his back so he could pull it against his back to cock them, allowing dual semi-rapid fire. The design pictured pretty much eliminates the ability to rapid fire the Mavericks.

I believe the point here is simply to display his ingenuity clearly. He can always flip the string behind his neck once the war is on. }:>

In real life as well in this picture, the design is perfect. I use a stretchy fabric material between the two giving me complete freedom and offering just the right resistance to cock. Separating the arms cocks the weapon without any drama and I have a full 180 range and movement which works right for my play style :)

Oh God! This brings back SO many memories from college. We actually did this quite often. almost every weekend or so my hall would go on a NERF rampage in the other halls and across campus. Everyone brought their own weapons. Me and a buddy, as well as a few others carried this around:
