Bio: Born on March 6th to parents Akae and Jou Tsukino. She is the youngest of three, with an older sister (Mahiru) and brother (Daigo). Her father is a retired ninja, her mother and sister work together in the family business, cutting hair. Her brother passed away during a mission when she was very small, so she does not remember much about him. Sontock graduated from the academy when she was 12, and began her life as a Genin rank shinobi of the Hidden Sand. At age 14 her team were recommended to take the Chunin exames. At the time, her team was comprised of fellow Genin shinobi Mihoko Tsuchia and Umito Nakamura, and their Jonin teacher Gyou Kobayashi.

During the exam their team grew stronger and began to really show their true individual potential. Sontock excells in Genjutsu and is also well adapt in Ninjutsu, however lacks the phyisical streangth and self confidance to properly enforce Taijustsu moves. The team passed the 2nd exam with less than 3 hours to go. During the main matches, Sontock was faced against fellow Sand genin Takeru Inoue, whom she forfeited to 13 minutes into their match. Despite her loss, she showed real potential and the wisdom and courage needed of a team leader, and was promoted to Chunin.

Once back in the Sand Village she and fellow Chunin promoted team mate Mihoko were assigned to a new team, with Chunin Shimon Takahashi (who had only just been promoted to Chunin 6 months prior) and Jonin team captain Choko Miyazai. After her match with Takeru she learned of his promotion to Chunin and she, along with Mihoko, met with his team to offer congratulations. They would, undoubtedly, one day be working together on missions and wished for no hard feelings between about the match and a friendship between the three was formed.

* Clone Jutsu - These are NOT the Shadow Clones that you see Naruto using, the original Clone Jutsu is the Phantom-like replica that is taught in the Ninja Academy, and that Naruto was not able to produce during the graduation exam at the start of the series. Though the series was translated incorrectly here in American; Naruto failed the Clone Jutsu, which is why it was such a big deal that he could use the Shadow Clone Jutsu during the Chunin Exams and throughout the first part of the series, despite the fact the show keeps saying he failed Shadow Clones. Sontock does not know the Shadow Clone Jutsu only the Clone Jutsu.

** Extended Jutsu - These are Techniques that Sontock did not learn until after becoming a Chunin and undergoing intense training with her Sensei and other Jonin teachers, though her Element type is Fire, she is also able to do two wind techniques, one of which she periodically combines with the few Fire Techniques she has learned over time.

*** Ethereal Winds - My own original Genjutsu. She summons up a whirlwind and wraps herself and her foe(s) in the vortex, which she mixes with her chakara, using the wind as it brushes against any exposed flesh to induce the Genjutsu on them. It is similar to the Sharingan in that she is able to force her opponent(s) to experience pain and physical damage as though it were being dealt in the real world; however no where near to the same extent as the higher levels of the Sharingan. Using this Jutsu also uses up a great deal of her Chakra so she prefers to use it as a last resort whenever possible.
