This is a full page panel for the new issue of Mice Comics, which is set to debut at Anthrocon this summer.
I thought I'd let the three people who read it know it was on the way. ;)

Well, since you're dying to know...
That's the coyote/wolf dude, Miguel, and Rook dude looking at the sword thing. That's that statue of of-school Crimson Kismet. You drew it to look kinda menacing to make it look like Cheyanne, but when they get closer, it'll be revealed to be the protective-like likeness of Crimson Kismet before the spiritual break-up thingie.
And so they behold this statue of course. And are all like... "whoa... that's so rad...." And Mary, who is not in this picture cause she's sitting on Miguel's back is all reminded of King Arthur and how pulling the sword made him awesome. She also remembers every single episode of Zelda and the Sword of Power (or whatever its called)
So she hops down, to try to pull the thing out... when she looks up and beholds the awesomeness of the statue of her former awesome self. Inexplicably she collapses from some kinda overwhelming force of emotion and energy and such. The rest of her party tries to wake her up while we embark on a flashback to her previous life...
That's where it'll cut off, and where book 3 will begin.
So that's the gist of this book 2-ending climactic scene. Sorry to give it away!!!
