I’m somewhat aware of native children of Canada having been victims of exploitation and genocide. It’s actually unfortunate that the manner in which I far and few hear from those tragedies, it’s as if they are not continually burdens to those communities and society in general. I would like to learn more about these things over time. My art will be focused periodically on dystopias inspired by current events, past events, and speculations of radically different futures, whether fearful, hopeful, or something in between.
