He wants it made out of foam or plushy stuffing. So it won’t be very portable I’m afraid lol.

Have some of the bulk in the middle filled with an inflatable bladder. That'd cut down on weight and make it less bulky for transport.

I'm not sure offhand. I was just spitballing. I wonder if they make small size dunnage bags. Those are heavy duty inflatable bags that are used to fill the void spaces in trailers. Smallest I've seen is 3x3, though.

I love this design. First non-anthro bird fursuit I think I've seen anybody come up with. Also, this use case:
