Hi everybody. I would like to share a story with you. This week, several people wrote to me, during the correspondence with them, the conversation turned to the speed of work on new art. And I realized that most people don't even understand the principle by which the time spent working on art is measured for me. I have a Patreon where I publish high-resolution works, there are degrees of support there that give certain bonuses. The higher the degree, the more bonuses. There is a strip "Goals" where everything is written, what, how and why. Art is my main type of earnings now. The main source of income for me is Patreon, because it can take up to three months for one commission. Why is that? Because I don't want to do hack art like many people do, I respect my customers. But this time I need to somehow live, somehow survive. Pay for medicines, pay for a house, electricity, sometimes you want to eat, you need to buy food. Since the Goal on Patreon responsible for ensuring all this is not completed, then I must take freelance part-time jobs in order not to starve to death and not be left without a roof over my head. This is an additional time spent not on art, but on third-party projects. Because of this, the deadline for completing Commissions increases, my new art appears on the FA less often. Unfortunately, most of my Watchers either don't think of it, or they just don't care. If you want more art, so that commissions are made faster, then apply for Steps on the Patreon. There are also very strange users who issue a Step for a month, and at the end of the month cancel it. This is not how it’ll work; we need regular systematic support on Patreon. Pay for a subscription for a year, you’ll save 10% on this, and I’ll be confident in tomorrow. $5, $15 or $25 per month is not such a big amount for most of my Watchers.
