Decided to draw this character again just to keep in practice drawing humans, while I still a bit iffy on the name I pondering 'Amelia'.

Them tattoo's aren't actually tattoos by the way, they are decorative markings her body has developed as a side effect of her being a shapeshifter like the other character's in my setting.
