FINALLY! o3o
It's about time I drew this, I drew the rough copy a few months again, so I decided to finish it.
Uhhh.. I made the outline bigger on his white fur and on the tail, ears and the "river of tears" I made the outline a darker shade of the actually color. I thought it would bring it out more or something since I fail at shading. Sooo yeahh....
