What they never tell you about demons is they cherish each little trinket and totem sacrificed to them as little treasures from a forbidden world. Of course no demon with any pride left would ever admit such a thing openly and without persuasion.
Just a fun little thought that accompanied the art when I got to finally see it in motion.

I'm actually developing her "species" a bit. Really its a way to handle demons or demonkin. But currently its very open to the idea of one holding trinkets from reality. Especially if their required sacrifice is such.

Though for Sunset herself, nah she is completely apathetic/annoyed to beings and would prefer to just not be around them. Just wants her blood sacrifice and to leave.

Well free idea to use or not, just happy to contribute. As for the lady in question she wouldn't be the first to find such things distasteful. After all if it's more of a contractual "you must show up if xyz is performed and render services" rather than "xyz opens the door and you may preform services" or some other organization, you couldn't be blamed for quickly becoming disillusioned.

Currently it's going more of a "survival" case rather than a contractual one. As they're turning more into forces of nature or being tied to entropy in some way. Leading them to be independent and fully fleshed out entities but they're tied to their affinity or specialty at their core. Like if you put a spark to dry tinder you get a flame, if you make a sacrifice in the right circumstances you summon a demon.

Sunset's specialty or affinity is manipulating people. Namely, people's desire to manipulate others. Her cost is blood, organs, or blood sacrifice of some sort. Though she's a bit unique in that people are very fickle and everchanging. So she can just deny the offer if she feels the sacrifice isn't sufficient. Still takes the goat with her though. She's an entity that's been around for as long as people have wanted to change each other, she's literally seen everything. People are boring and ask for the same repeating stuff. So she just wants to do the deal and leave as soon as she can.
