Try doing something strenuous, physically demanding, and exhausting, that leaves you sore in the morning. Now do that every single day. Trust me, it sounds retarded, but it actually works. It works because your brain needs balance.

Yeah it gets terrible during the school breaks since I can't walk with my cinderblock-stuffed backpack. Usually if it gets too bad I walk a few miles. But sometimes I can't get motivated. It's funny.

I'm also in the habit of walking across town each day to where I'm just within sight of the police station, but still right outside city limits, and burn something. I love small towns! You know, they've actually passed a law here that states that pants must have legs and an inseam, since apparently, they weren't happy with my perfectly valid poncho style jeans.
Whiners.

At least they still haven't outlawed my fire extinguisher grenades yet, though I bet they're working on them. errr... Anyway, it also helps to have plenty of fun hobbies, too!

Have you tried creating mindscrews all over town? They're easy, and fun to make! Just make sure that you're either very good with alibis, of that they're completely harmless.
