figured I would start with a chonker pic, though you can have it adjusted to a vore belly or a preg one, willing to adjust size a bit too or do some tweaks but not redraw the entire thing
head will be entirely replaced and tail added if needed
any gender or species, though It would prolly be easier if they had some semblance of a digi-grade posture for obvious reasons.
I can do small wings for it as well as junk if you want that
