The firuko species belongs to  COMICANDBLUE-FIRUKO
Bio:Tobi who was cared and raise by his parents knowing they love him and take care of em of course, one day a special laboratory known as S.U.O.T or Special unite organizations Transfer where they check up on firukos who have special powers. They never do anything bad. They let them go if there not special but keep in touch if there abilities awaken to test if theres limits, draw backs, procs and cons.
Tobi was one who had an ability to change his body to shapes and weapon shape, how ever it leave muscle cramps if used too much. So they keep in mind same with tobi the pros he basically use his shape to anything to use. But the cons of course is the muscle cramps.
They also found out that toni reeeaaally loves to eat. So much tobi almost ate the entire lunch room foods. Thankfully they have back up incase Tobi destoyed the lunch room.
Thankfully tobi won’t have problems after he left. He kept the code name on his ear. Like a souvenir before heading out to meet friends and pals along the way.
