There's a moment in the Fleischer Studios Popeye cartoon ``Nurse-Mates'' where Popeye and Bluto, competing to bathe Swee'Pea better, manage to erase his face altogether. It doesn't last but I liked the moment and felt like drawing that, which is how we got here. I added the reaction shots since it seemed more interesting if Swee'Pea weren't positive what was going on.
