There's no need to make a fuss though. It won't hurt. Gulorp doesn't even have teeth to chew you with. He's practically a living waterbed and just as comfortable. I love the expressions you put on prey, like this. Despite the grim situation he is in, this mouse doesn't look existentially horrified to the core screaming in terror. He just looks....a bit nervous.
Either he doesn't quite know the level of danger he's in yet, or he DOES know and perhaps can't work up the motivation to protest too much because, deep down he acknowledges the inevitability of it all. He knows it pointless to exert energy trying to escape~
