The metacarpus on the upper left hand looks too short while the top of the forearm needs to be straightened out.

Unless you were going for an organic look that doorway needs to be re-drawn. The random stelae clutter up the image without adding anything.

the doorway is mostly a placeholder; It might be a shadowy portal, blood waterfall or merely a dark hallway when I go to color/ink. What you said about clutter is still being duly noted though.

I had to actually google the latin name for the finger bones you gave me. should be an easy fix. I see what you mean about the forearm too, I grabbed it to simulate the meat rope, and yes, it does not curve like that.
