Well, heres a sort of comeback as well.
I am creating a rough draft for the prologue of a Sci-fi story, and these are the 4 races (more may be made) that are gonna be in it.
They dont all look the same as they look on here, as each are more diverse, but these are just examples / leaders.
I labeled em by # or nickname.

#1 The Human.
I haven't decided what their faction will be named yet, but im working on it.. suggestions would be enjoyed once I get the rough draft on here. Anyways, the Humans have expanded far out there, and now occupy a sizable number of planets. Their tech is decent, and machinery is outstanding. Weaponry consists of power suits, droids, and ballistics.

#2 The Bug.
These guys are bad. Like, no alliances with anyone bad. They kill and feed on anything that moves. Their tech is unbelievable (Either organic machinery or stolen) and numbers are crushing. Their bodies are insect like, and are covered in spines. Weaponry usually consists of Rifles that shoot spines, or small Acidic mites (Fist sized bugs) that burn through what they hit, exploding on impact. I think im gonna have fun with them xD

#3 The Elf.
This would be the classic alien. Highly advanced machinery, tech, weaponry, etc. They are neutral in the war, and fight where they see fit. Their weaponry consists of plasma firing weapons, energy-powered swords / axes, and Psionic abilities. Elves have no mouths either, and speak telepathically. They usually have markings all over their body and face.

#4 The Animal.
And these guys are the really fun ones.
"Genetically enhanced humanoids" are what the elves classify them as. But they are not that far off. They are found on almost every habitable planet where animals can thrive. They ally themselves along side the Humans. Mostly as mercs, but they enlist into special forces strike teams, as well. Weaponry is the same as the Humans, but they use less armor, and will focus more on quick, stealthy, and effective tactics.
