imagine with me for just a minute. You're standing outside in the dew soaked grass, its cloudy and a bit dark. But incredibly peaceful.

Your phone goes off, you click the notification curiously. Its a Fox news article [sh, sh ik. Fox news bad. But it was a local thing so]. You read the title

the name. The name. You think for a minute. "OH- Right. My aunts ex husband. The man I always regarded as my uncle"

you read on

"[redacted] [redacted] wanted in triple homocide case taken into custody"

Beginning to well up a bit, you read further. Before deciding to switch off your phone and put it in your pocket.

THREE MEN. THREE INNOCENT MEN.

And to think, this is the same man who used to make little me sing twinkle twinkle little star to him, and would send me the most beautiful artwork. Honestly the reason I ever enjoyed art, my first actual exposure to it.

Charged with triple homicide.

I found this out about a week ago, but it came back to me with the thought of

"With how he and my aunt went out.... we..very well could have been next"

So, now..I have to live with the thought that my aunt, and possibly the rest of my family and I could have been murdered.

Its been big news in my family recently. Everyone asking everyone "did you hear about [redacted]??" My mom even called me just to ask if I had heard and if my aunt knew.

I.... im.. at a loss for words really. Truly. Any form of comfort would be..highly appreciated?
