Just a sneak peek at a costume I am working on. Bane! No not the one from Batman The Dark Knight Rises. No, not the animated series one. No, not the comic book version. The nearly forgotten Batman and Robin one! Bane was the only thing that seemed right in that movie! Well, and Alfred too. Anywho! Yep, I concocted the idea of making the costume when I saw a Batman and Robin dvd at the swap meet and said to myself "you know, I have been wanting to make a luchador outfit... but one that I dont have to show much skin". His outfit is like a cross between luchador and gimp. Both genres I have an interest in. I was like "Perfect"
P.S.- yes, my biceps are real. No foam suit inserts here. . And, no, I dont lift weights. All courtesy of working Hospital EVS, and doing yard work at home all the time.
