"delight" air dry paper based clay over a frame of foamies (the foamies are jst ti make a hollow shape to build over)
the clay is quite strong, shatter proof, super freaken light, abd it is such a smooth nice clay too.

i dunno if i have seen it local, i have seen plain old paper clay brand at micheals but the paper clay delight is lighter, pure white and does not stcik to your fingers like regular paper clay. (but regular paper clay is still pretty good)

You can get it at Michael's- That is where I get mine. I'm in Canada but I imagine the US would have similar things.
