Isn't having a workshop fun? =3 Well, here's the newest item to come out into the spotlight. Behold the CCR-XL1 Crystal Cup Radio. With full AM band tuning, a telescoping antennae, tuning dial at the top, and a simple electronics design, this is definately something unique in its own way. x3 And the kicker of it all is it actually WORKS! I just hook up the earth ground wire in the back of the unit, insert the ear piece, and I am able to tune into WURI, a college radio station at the University of Rhode Island, with virtually no issues. Great for use in the event of a power outage, as the CCR-XL1 uses only the radio signals for power. No batteries, or outlets needed.
