Whatever the present holds. It cannot get rid of this cherished memory. I won't let something that was dear to my heart be taken or tainted in any way.
I have many precious memories of many precious friends. I will no longer abandon or discard them simply because I run afoul or make a mistake or things may not go the way that I like at times. I will not hide.
I will hold this close to my heart and remember who and what I can be. And grow from that. To push out of these chains that seek to keep me rooted in unhappiness and emotional wreckage.
For too long have I let myself succumb and feed on negative emotions. I don't want to live in that realm. I'm no good to anyone or myself living like that.
