Uploading. Hi! How are you?

Was feeling nostalgic at work, so I started sketching this up in between calls. Which took me about a month to complete because ha ha I get like TWO SECONDS between each call and it does my head in ffff.

Anyway, some people might remember my old submission from back in 2006... which when I look at it now I'm submitting it almost to the day I originally put it up haha awesome!

Original - August 2006

As you can see with this one I took some more liberties with the design, but because I was doing this mostly from memory I got a lot of things wrong (like the horn placement on her tail, argh). Also there is like a million mistakes on this which I can't stop looking at, my anatomy skills are just crap, and it annoys me to no end that I love exaggerating Rouge's ears yet I DIDN'T GIVE ENOUGH ROOM TO DO SO PROPERLY - but... I'm really really happy with how this turned out. Also I gave her bangs because I've seen some artists do it and I wanted to try, and it really suited her so they stay.

All done completely in ballpoint pen from start to finish, because that's all I've got with me and drawing in pen seems to be the way I roll now or else I won't get anything done. Not like I do anyway, but at least this is something.

I would like to colour this if I get a chance to. This might end up in scraps when it does but til then, it's here.
