This is an alternate time Cal Kima. Same past, but a different future to common canon.

Cal Kima was a name that brought hushed whispers. The Sarlucian Demon lord raged a campaign that almost brought the entire continent under his rule. However, his reign was cut short when he was betrayed, and was ultimately cut down by Child hood Friend, Los Lakos, high Judge of Everglasia, one of the only super powers that stood in Sarlucia's way of conquest.

The common story is that he was killed after an epic battle. In Reality, in the final moments, Los sealed the demon king away. Unable to kill his old friend, he made the demon king slumber in a deep sleep. Many years pass, and the temple, erected to hold his memory, became a den of thieves.

They accidentally break the seal and release Cal Kima. However, common in those sealed for long periods of time, his memory was gone. He was then kidnapped, made to be the slave to the thieves.

He stayed in the ruins. Serving the thieves who woke him up, he didn't know how long it was until the king of a nearby castle raided the ruins and chased the thieves away. Seeing the chimera, the king takes him back to his castle, dubbing the mysterious youth 'Lupin', in honor of the Ragen Lupin forest that grew around the ruins...
