That's a 6bolt 43GBT or whatever, out of the first generation Eclipse/Talon/Laser. But that's a FWD motor, in small RWD car. It's not an older Mitsubishi, at least not a RWD colt, as they have 4 bolts on the top of the strut tower. And given that there are three bolts, that seems to support a Miata guess. I'll have to stick with the Miata guess.

My friend is getting DSS back up and running. I can't wait. He's still got a 450hp motor for my 91 Talon. It's supposed to be in the top ten fastest motors.

He builds really fast motors. His motors have set the top 10 places in their class, at least, last I heard.

What's an FD? First generation? Seems like a light enough body. I had a second generation (well, okay, I had three of them.)
