Aiyah! Your first foray in pixel art is better than mine! You did an excellent job in making the form-based shading with just one one shade colour each main hue! The simplified look suits Kaiser, too. I also like your work on dithering, though I can see that you struggled a bit wi the dithering around the 'arms' of the wings. Is his right wing folded more towards the viewer?
That besides, putting him in part of a tuxedo looks good.
