This is a fennec fox character for akiza's contest :) I livestreamed as I made it...I am finding that when I step back and take a breather and do silly small things like pixel wolves or sketches, that I end up doing better work...what do you guys think? I myself am quite proud of this :) I did some reading on fennecs, realized that unlike wolves they have a larger slop like dent in their face and their eyes are bigger and ears of course are huge. I had a hard time with the legs I was trying to pose them strangly and then I was like "screw it...just draw them in a normal stance" lol and I ended up liking it this way :) I tried to pay attention to more detal and tried to vary my lines more, thick thin where it matters. The tail ribbons was a after comment from akiza :) Even if this doesn't win her contest...i'm confident I can at least probably sell it for a decent price. Regardless i'm SUPER happy with the result. Hopefully you guys are too!

I also suck at markings...so yea...sorry if they are ridiculously stupid looking :)
