What? There's a new season of Digimon? I always assumed that the show got cancelled a while ago, after tamers. Has it been going on this whole time, or did they just now bring it back?

There's actually TWO seasons after savers. Savers and Xros Wars, the latter the one currently running now in Japan.

Well... there were three. Frontier ( and I can imagine why you would forget about this one), Savers, and now Xros Wars.

Dang! How could've I forgotten! Yeah, three seasons after Tamers. X3

Adorable, kyu! She's probably my favorite Digimon from this new season!

I'm afraid I'm not enjoying Xros Wars that much, though... I mean, I do like this new cross-digivolution, but I just hate these new mecha-digivolved forms. The Digimon are looking like Lego, or kitchen appliances, or dumbass mechas... It's like, Pokemon is becoming Digimon, and Digimon is becoming... Gundam Wing? I don't know. :/

Now, if only they digi-crossed into robots that looked like EVAs... now THAT would be awesome.

I'm surprised that I didn't know about this new season of Digimon. Time for me to drain more hours of my life into the computer!

Xros Wars is what happens when the people at Toei OD on Super Robot Wars, Kamen Rider, and Sengoku Basara.

It is exactly as awesome as it sounds.

I mean come on, Shoutmon X4 has HEAD VULCANS! Dorurumon introduces himself as 'just a passing-through Digimon.' The various Shoutmon X2 forms are pretty much all FINAL FORM LAIDO.
