That’s very true. He actually has a mental disability that makes him have the mentality of a child. The real issue is he actually thinks he’s higher ranked then his actual bosses and thinks he can tell them what to do, how to act etc, he eventually does the very things he complains about others doing himself.
Sorry for the bit of venting. I didn’t want to take away from the goodness of this piece.
I do my best to ignore him but honestly it’s near impossible. He’s super loud and annoying to everyone. Pretty much everyone at my job site wants him gone.
