Been in a Fallout mood, so here's a new OC dropping for Fallout Equestria verse!
Output is just a jolly go lucky pony from Tenpony Tower, eager to go out and explore the Wasteland to make full use of his special talent.
With his magic he can broadcast anything, and uses this to run his own radio show on the go. Exploring the Wastes to report to anypony listening, anything he finds worth sharing.
All from interviewing locales, reporting on raider sightings to whatever lil tidbits he runs into on his travels.
He's charismatic and prefer to talk his way out of any trouble rather than go all gunho. That or just sneak around any dangers.
He always looks for any positive angle on everything he reports on, wanting to bring some sunshine out there into a bleak Wasteland.
Leading him to meet quite a few interesting characters of the Wasteland, to tell their stories to his listeners.
Just a fun concept I had to get down, this boi is a fun one to imagine.
