Was testing new comment hiding system.

Conclusion:
1) You can hide any comment on the submission page as the artist.
2) You can hide your own comments on any submission page, regardless of artist.
3) Perhaps can be used as a jury-rigged 'edit' system in case you mess up anything.
4) Opens room for taking back what you say with no one else the wiser.
5) Now able to remove unnecessary or derogatory comments.
6) Unsatisfied with permanency of hiding system.
7) Currently no exploits found to read hidden comment.
