Tiera Vulpes =
KobaltSteel
A new pic of Tiera Vulpes, this time in the Michael Jackson "Thriller" album cover pose. Thought it would look cool if Tiera did this, though since you couldn't see all of Michael Jackson's body on the cover of Thriller, I had to use Modern Sonic's Rank A/S pose from Generations.
This image came with a better realization of Tiera's character. The problem I have been facing with Tiera Vulpes for a long while was trying to make her into a stand alone character; originally, the character was made to be a companion to another character of mine, Kent Frogs, in a duo that was reminiscient of Bernard and Miss Bianca from the Rescuers, though I made the descision to split her off and turn her into a stand alone character. However, for years, I couldn't really figure out how to make her a stand alone character when the character archetypes she's based on (Femme Fatale and Hawksian Woman) aren't really stand alone characters; recentley, I looked elsewhere for inspiration and found the archetypes "The Chessmaster" and the "Guile Hero," as TV Tropes called them, and I felt that... yeah, this is exactly how Tiera is, so I adopted those archetypes for Tiera and... I think she's more complete, now!
Tiera will still retain all of the traits I gave her before; she's a Femme Fatale mixed with a Hawksian Woman, seductive, mysterious, alluring, highly flirtatious, and naughty, while also tough talking, sharp, and full of tact and wit; she's commanding, competitive, independent, care-free, very playful, strong-willed, and highly intelligent, though she can be somewhat reckless, often acting on something before thinking things through, and this is especially true when it comes to valuables, treasures, and riches. She can also be somewhat vain and self-centered too, though she tries not to be this way towards others, at least towards non-villain people. Despite seeming like a mean, cold, and narcissitic person, she has a nicer side where she will help others in need, regardless of what's going on, and will fight for justice, regardless of what's happening; she's not a "sweet girl," like Lillian Bellerose is, but she is a respectful individual who will try to help out when nessecary, to the best of her ability.
The new part, however, is an expansion to her being a seductress, as this will now be a central part of her character; her intelligence, engineering, and science skills are still there, but they're being put in the back seat this time. Tiera Vulpes is a very skilled seductress and uses her seduction to her advantage, which is where the Chessmaster and Guile Hero tropes come in. Using her seduction, she is able to get what she wants or needs with relative ease, but this also extends to getting the people she wants to the positions she wants, doing the things she wants them to do, and she's able to do this without people realizing what's going on, essentially allowing her to get the goals or schemes she wants done, with limited suspicion or violence. Of course, she can't just use seduction, and she can also use her sharp wit and good speaking skills to accomplish similar goals, and she can also use her fighting and engineering skills if nessecary; she's also a skilled trickster, able to lure people into traps, mess with people, or steal things without people realizing what's going on, both using seduction, play on words, and other methods.
Despite this expansion to Tiera's character, I decided that I would just revive the character duo thing for Tiera, since I feel Tiera works best when she's part of a team rather than by herself. Considering that Tiera was developed as the "Rouge the Bat" to a "Shadow the Hedgehog," I decided that there should be a second character based on Shadow the Hedgehog... though, the details on him are still in the early phases; I also decided that, because I like Team Dark from the Sonic series, there should be a third character based on E-123 Omega, but I would combine said character with that Dalek character from that 9th Doctor story, "Dalek," where he was made to be a killer, but has no superiors and is lost, angry, and frustrated. All three of them would work for an organization, based on Sonic's GUN group, but like those three, they almost operate under their own motives and goals, with their own methods, and they have stuff going on that their organization has NO IDEA about.
