nauyaco's efforts here. I think stheno would fit pretty seamlessly into the older turtles cartoon and they really made that hypothetical work.
Also I know some of you might be dissapointed at the lack of lewds, but maybe we can revisit that later? Dunno if they do full color lewd work but I've seen the artist is open to at least linework of a more risque nature

Meh,he did help her escape but she also hypnotized her into falling in love with him,and saved her with the express pourpouse of doing that. Never really been a fan of hypnosis in fetish art, unless it was a villain or something. That being said what u have here is pretty nice,and wouldn't mind seeing more.
Stheno's definitely a sorta chaotic-neutral-evil villain here. Getting kinda close to where you might expect to find a villain like X-Men's Mojo I'd say.
In anycase, no way would the turtles stand for this.
First thing that would happen would be Leonrado would grill Donatello about trying to work up a way to return April to normal, then he'd get Raphael and Michelangelo fired up to storm the new 'Stheno dome'!

I could see the mojo comparison, I barely remember that guy and sure stheno has a much better physique (and hygiene relatively) but I could totally see him setting up death games for TV ratings if for nothing else than because he was bored (I guess instead of death though they'd probably be a musclebound mutant forced to work in the uranium mines since maybe most the hazards might involve mutagens lol).
Stheno has a lot of powers though, what I'd imagine might be a multi-part series (or even a movie) I think they'd try for a head on approach and fail (possibly comically as maybe stheno's draconequus powers might be played up for laughs), then maybe catch stheno off guard by putting their heads together and possibly get a multi-part episode where they use time-travel and/or multiversal/dimensional jumping to fix all the stuff he's "improved".

The failing at a direct approach seems pretty good at keeping with how a group of heroes like the TMNT who aren't over powered usually learn the hard way about dealing with super villains who do actually possess super powers.
I personally kinda imagine them doing a temporary team up with Shredder, probably to steal some dimensional tech from the Pentagon who's scientists can't figure out but Donatello can.
Then on a test run they accidentally get flung to dimensions Stheno has been to, like the MLP for instance, and meet some of this 'lucky' victims as well as those still fighting him, like Twilight for example. I can imagine how funny it'd be to watch the TMNT getting along with the ponies while Shredder and his goons (Bebop and Rocksteady) being just kinda irked by their ultra nicey-niceness, or maybe Rocksteady at least would start to like it

Heh well I dunno, could work, but I think turtles are Mattel and ponies are hasbro? I mean they teamed up with batman and that blew my mind even though it came out like 2 years ago. I need finish watching it (and create/purchase additional fanart of hyena Quinn lol)
