This here is Boncher and he is a nasty hunter from the Pokemon World. If you think Hunter J was ruthless then you'll be shocked with this guy as he has no remorse or regrets for anything. He is 46 years old but you would not believe that from appearances with how young he looks. Boncher also has some powerful allies, one notable one is Giovanni... yes... THAT Giovanni who is the head of Team Rocket. Boncher loves capturing Pokemon to sell on the black market but if he accidentally captures a Pokemon who's not worth selling... well... He won't be freeing them let's just say that...
