This is a picture of Sonic the Hedgehog wearing a urbz-oriented metalhead outfit. It is also influenced by Klonoa, Freedom Planet, Sonic Boom and Final Fantasy.
Sonic's outfit consists of a neckerchief, gloves, vest, sports tape, jeans, belt and boots with straps.
Even his quills are a bit longer and his physical appearance is somewhat identical to his Modern Sonic appearance.
But don't worry, I'm sure no one will have a problem with anything about the outfit.
