After a complicated picture ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43570204/ ), a simple picture. And yes, I'm amazed that I think of something with this much to it as a simple picture. It's based on the Sea Goon, the winged mer-man Goon from post-Segar Popeye strips, which I've drawn already ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43511761/ ). Just here there's a different angle and a pose I don't think is actually in the Lost Dailies collection where he appears. His word balloon is from a panel, though, when he was meeting the cast.
