Don't worry, Sekk'ral, they just invited your mate over for dinner.

That feeling of sudden dreadful realization…Sekk’s adrenaline just spiked the instant he heard Surin say “three dragons”. Whether he can locate and catch up to the other dragons before they return to their home or not is uncertain. He may be running back to his cave to see if Farin is still there.
Do you think perhaps the combined team of Surin and Sekk'ral could have a cute little nickname attached to their party? Maybe, "Team S'ekkSur" Or "The SurS'ekk Party". Usually that kind of stuff only happens with Hollywood celebrities couples, and I know that Surin and Sekk'ral aren't dating, but how adorable that would be...!
The fact that Sekk'ral reacts so stormily to the news that three dragons were spotted nearby... He must be aware that Ra'ghalek, Vrekkias, and K'horr are known to travel as a trio. I would love to see the reason why these three dragons are united so tightly, but that's likely 100 pages off sadly. Early on, I simply assumed that Ra'ghalek chose two other dragons because of their skills for this specific hunting job, but it seems that they have a much more complicated relationship than simple ability trading.
Surin is so absolutely terrified and nervous, that his eye color changes in a near instant! On the top left panel, his eyes are an obsidian black, but in the very next panel where he turns to speak with Sekk'ral, his peepers are back to their original azure blue! Now the audience can really SEE the anxiety manifest on his face! Surin must be about ready to jump out of his skin!
I am willing to bet that The General left a note in his wake, daring Sekk'ral to come back to Dragon Society to claim his fox-mate. The only question is, what exactly is written on it? I can't wait to see what kinds of taunts Ra'ghalek can produce through his writing technique lol.

How about Sekk‘rin? :b
…Team Sekk‘rin about to save young foxes and kick evil dragons‘ butt!
Also, I imagine the message something like “If you’re willing to see your fox ever again, return to us. PROVE your love for that vermin, we dare you.“ or something along the lines of that. If there is left a note, it sure as hell will be provoking knowing the General.

OOOOHHH!!! I never even thought of that one! "Sekk'rin"..!! It's got that perfect, sexy ring to it! This is the perfect chance for Surin and Sekk'ral to become better friends, especially since Surin started out.... being absolutely terrified of our heroic drake. Maybe Surin, along the slowly advancing plot and general arcing movement of the timelines... slowly realizes that Sekk'ral is one of HIS best friends, too. And this realization causes him to do something truly drastic to save the day, a sacrifice maybe... or something along those lines. THAT could be top dollar plot writing. Maybe in a few years we might get to see something incredibly selfless happen with Surin's character, all built on the admiration that he is just about to experience with Sekk'ral.
Is it possible that you've found your design for Sekk's tail now?
In the first chapter it wasn't always clear how the tail is attached to the spine, I mean... I know it still is the end of the spine. But I hope you understand what I mean.
XD
The belt of the loincloth went above or below the tail from time to time... but now I can see it below the tail more often.
^^
So... the tail seems not to be connected to the buttocks and could be lifted as well.
It's interesting because the butt and tail would be more or less separated from each other and that's good.
My own Reptilian characters have a more connected design that's why I was wondering here.

The seductive beauty of dragonic and reptilian tail placements is a spiritual journey through the realm of artwork and creative design, to be sure. I'm positive an Old Master like you already knows the graceful elements of scaly butts better than anyone else in the fandom lol. GeminiSaint's first reptile character was actually the guy in his avatar, the scaly guy's name being Reptarr, from an old comic he drew back in the 1996 hehe. Back then, he solved any prehensile clothing problems by simply having Reptarr wear a cape, with no visible genitals, and thus no pants. I suppose that's one solution! Not to be confused with the other character known as Reptar (with one 'r'), who was a stuffed toy in the Nickelodeon television series "Rugrats".
