A large commission I recently finished! (Commissioned by Fawks Beaumont). Acrylic paint and some marker, definitely a learning experience on the paint side! I'm consequently pretty happy with how it turned out overall, it was a ton of work! (the scan unfortunately doesn't really do the original justice).
Set in a 1940's-esque bar, with femme fatale Savoy trying to lure detective Fawks out of the bar before he gets killed, making him break his glass in surprise at something shocking or flirtations she must have just said.

"trying to lure detective Fawks out of the bar before he gets killed" sayed about a lady wearing a gun has a very intersting double meaning.
Sidenote: I saw her gun first, recognised the barkeepers gun not until the third look at the picture.
You can even see the reflection of the gun in the bar counter, niiice.
And the crease of his trouser, ahhh these details.

I would have gone stir-crazy colouring each of those individual bottles in such detail, but wow does it ever look amazing! I'm terrible at backgrounds, just too lazy to put in the effort while this proves that the whole thing can look so damn awesome with a lot of skill and patience :P
