9.10 is a bit out of date. Why aren't you running 10.04?

It won't work on half the stuff I try it on. I'm not big on 9.10 either as you have to do a bunch of workarounds to changed the GDM theme. They seem to think their new one is so pretty you can't have a simple menu to change it anymore.

Tried that. Of ALL the modules on that app... the login screen editor doesn't work. Besides, it's not a total GDM manager like what used to exist.

It's GNOME, I'm just using the dock, and I prefer the buttons there.

You can't use 9.10 themes with 10.04, 10.04 is using a new version of GTK. you need to port your themes to 10.04. If you're upgrading to 10.04, you should remove the ~/.gnome2 directory (~/ means home), so that it resets the GTK engine and it looks correct. :)

Oh. i see what you mean. You're looking for the buttload of emerald themes that came with Emerald in 9.04, right?

No, I have plenty Emerald themes from Gnome Look. GTK isn't too important to me.
