The Artist's Choice pic from June's Patreon sketch suggestion poll, it's the cast of Lancer cosplaying as the cast of Mass Effect! Mika as Miranda, Rolf as Garrus, Jake as Shepard, Mattrick as Wrex, and Tawny as Tali.
Since I basically had carte blanche to put whoever I wanted in whichever role, that made things even more fun. Mass Effect 2 was one of my favorite games back when I was in college so this felt quite fulfilling on a personal level. The Mass Effect character designs are a lot more complex with a lot more lines than my own designs, so that presented its own unique challenges. I loved drawing it though!

Gasp! He finally posted this sketch!
For those wondering why I’m happy Heresy posted this sketch on Fur Affinity, I’m the patron named here who suggested this sketch idea on his Patreon; and I can prove it, as this username here is the same in his Discord server. Came in 5th or 6th place overall, but he personally chose mine as Artist’s Choice. I was legit Shocked when he did, as this was my first ever win when I started supported him since November 2020! And this also got me to tune in to his Picarto livestreams and see it being made in action and it allowed me to interact with him and other fans on his Chat.
I know it must have been a challenge for him, but he stated he had fun with this sketch despite the challenges, and it was cool that he pushed his limits, from only doing 4 characters to 5! Heck, I remember that he was thinking of 6 and having Liara in as well, but I told him he didn’t need to do that and that 5 was enough! I could’ve been just happy with him including my favorites Garrus and Tali, but he went beyond the call of duty on this one!
Heresy, if you read this comment, I just wanna say Thank you for giving my sketch idea a chance!
