Rex is one of the top athletes in his college sophomore year, only beaten as top athlete by his girlfriend Belle.

While at first look, many may assume Rex is a typical jock, he actually has vast interest in anime and manga, even citing one of his favorite as the reason behind his tattoo and his habit of handling a lollipop like he's smoking.
