I knew that was a chocolate cheesecake from the thumbnail. Have you tried making a chocolate cappuccino cheesecake? After I found a recipe online, everyone requests that I make one whenever I visit, like I'm some kind of dessert fairy with l33t baking skillz0rz. Oreo crust all the way, cause I'm a fattie like that.
Recipe. I've had best results using a coffee-flavored syrup, but I've also used instant (as recommended) and highly concentrated french pressed coffee.
