I love that style of car, been wanting to get a Mark 4 Continental for a while but need a place to store it.

nice, there are two of them in my town both on the other side AFAIK (may be more the west side of my city is a hot bed for old cars) and a mark 3 at a limousine place, like 2 minutes driving distance

That car rules, and if Chrysler made a car like that one, then I might actually walk into a Chrysler dealer! Those Newports and New Yorkers were the best, and those were the times when Chrysler could actually produce a luxury car!

well, Marchionne keeps saying that he wants to see true luxury in Chrysler's lineup, so we'll have to see where that goes.

Marchionne has done a wonderful job with the Fiat group as that company was a basket case like Chrysler with even worse problems for a period of time. There was a point that Fiat was almost taken over by General Motors of all companies prior to Marchionne's arrival!

The luxury cars which are made by Fiat's other marquees look really nice, and it would be neat to see them as Chryslers. I think as long as Chrysler does not make the mistake that AMC did by basically assembling Renault kits when they were owned by that French automaker, then Chrysler will be fine. Chrysler cars have to have American designs such as the Newport above or the current muscle cars such as the Challenger and Charger so that folks will be fired up with Chrysler again.
