ADULTHOOD AND RESPONSIBILITY! WOOOT WOOOOOOT!!!!
My goal in life was to buy a house before I was 25, I am now 27 and we finally got where we can financially pay for monthly payments on a house! We got a USDA 0% Down Loan at 3% interest which is AWESOME OPOSSUM! Super stoked and excited!
Sadly over the years, things have broken that we couldn't replace due to funds, my amazing Grandma has given us a small loan as well to buy some things and build the fence for our German Shepherd to finally have a yard where he can run and play. Adult life is way stressful but we are finally getting stable enough in life to get this shit done!
