Esseka is a fictional Argrathi art form introduced in the DS9 episode "Hard Time". It involves starting with a circle and staring at it until you allow it to encompass your entire mind and universe, and then adding a mark that seems right somewhere in the circle. After that, you continue to add to it and let the pattern grow organically, flowing directly from the mind.

Despite being fictional, I find it very relaxing.
