Ah! My one shot characters that I spent so much time on... this is Sara Silverwing, one of the ONLY bat character's I've ever made that had wings mounted on the back.
Created for a game called the Fast and the Furrous, it was a street racer themed MUCK! It... never went far but that didn't stop me! This gem of a bat was originally from Oklahoma, where the life was way too slow for her. She existed on a steady diet of internet and car videos and hated wearing a dress on sunday. On her fourteenth birthday she acquired a first generation 1984 RX-7 GSL-SE in non-running condition... the challenge was she could have it when she turned 16... but only if she could get it running. It was a ploy for her to get interested in guys, but it had the reverse effect, turning her into an avid mechanic.
She hid the car at a friend's garage who 'worked' on it... but in reality just let her borrow tools. She tore out most of the interior, pulled the blown 13B out and replaced it with a blueprinted and ported 20B from a later model rotary. She put a custom programmed fuel curve and a HUD setup on the windshield. Eventually, she ripped out the passenger seat, and wired up an ECM Radar Jamming system from a F-15 she ripped out of a military junk yard. An active sound dampening system from an old jetliner engine for straight pipes, and that car was a street racers wet dream. The suspension work was done by her friend, a coyote that had a crush on the tomboy bat, and never really truley tuned to the car's power.
When she was discovered by her parents actually doing the work herself, she was told the car would be crushed, and she had to grow up to be a proper lady! So what did she do? Run away! Dispite having very little actual ability at driving, the 1233hp rocket took off. With the ECM module on board she literally blew by almost every checkpoint, garnering up several arrest warrants for reckless endangerment. Her parents claimed the vehicle stolen as well.
She ended up running and running off cheap gas until she hit california, where she accidentally got in a street race without realizing she'd been challenged, and matched the wolf's stock Lamborghini Diablo. She was invited in to the guys club where she told her story... down to sleeping in her car and in dire need of a new pad.
She was 'adopted' into that racing family and they helped her get new plates and get the car under radar, and teaching her how to actually drive... although most of the time, she just tinkered with other people's cars. She could always squeeze a few HP out with some time, but would always leave greasy fingerprints behind...
Game was up for like, a month. All that backstory ended up for naught... but the car is my dream car, and I am the happy owner of a 1983 RX-7 with a blown 12A... hoping to follow her footsteps someday.

It was on Fast and the Furryous I believe, which was later converted into a Harry Potty MUCK... which I still had a bat femme char on, but wasn't quite as interested... and yes, Furry Street Racers are sex :3 I plan on drawing more bats in general, and probably some more street racerish stuff when my life calms down... glad you liked it ^.^
